Many Ways to Give

You can make a tax-deductible donation to Eagleville Foundation that is designated to a specific fund that you are interested in supporting, or simply allow us to allocate your donation based on where the need is greatest. You can also contribute in honor of, or in memory of, a loved one, colleague, or friend.

Designate your gift to one or more of the funds below:

The Patient Emergency Fund
Some men and women arrive at Eagleville with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. This fund helps provide our patients with eyeglasses, personal care items, clothing, shoes and transportation needs.

The Shapiro Family Fund (Educational)
Through our General Education Development (GED) program, hundreds of patients have received their high school diplomas. They receive supervision, tutoring, and testing from certified teachers and other volunteers. We also use this fund to purchase literature, books, PCs and Printers for patients to utilize for educational purposes during their treatment at Eagleville.

Serenity Garden Fund
The Serenity Garden is a quiet, beautiful spot on our campus where people can go to relax, reflect, and be close to nature. Donations to this fund will allow us to continue planting and maintaining the trees, plants, flowers, benches and pathways that adorn this special place.

Matching Gifts
If your or your spouse’s company offers a Matching Gift program, your contribution can be doubled! Simply obtain a Matching Gift form from your Human Resources’ office and send it to Eagleville Hospital along with your donation.

No Greater Act of Compassion

There is no greater act of generosity than planning a gift to Eagleville through your estate. It is also the best way to help ensure the future of our programs. Begin by meeting with your financial advisor or attorney to discuss the options available to you. Or, Eagleville can facilitate a meeting for you, at no charge, to help you understand the options that might work best for your goals and desires.

Some of the options include:

  • Transfer of stock, securities or other appreciated properties and securities
  • Deferred gifts through a Charitable Trust or Annuity
  • Designating Eagleville Foundation as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy
  • Lump sum gifts
  • Annual gifts
